Hitting a wall? We all get hit by life at some point in our lives. Some more than others perhaps, but we all have low points. The car breaks down. The bank calls and says your cheque bounced. You lose the client and your partner may get laid off.

Life can really suck sometimes. There are a lot of things that can and will go wrong that are beyond our control. The question is will you allow the external conditions and circumstances dictate your mood and activities or will you take control of your attitude?

Every new day comes with a chance to do it again, to do differently, to do it better. The choice is ours to make. You can let life beat you down and stay down or you can do what champions do. Take the hit and then get back up again. It’s not over until you win or you quit.

So choose to win or quit!
