We all make mistakes, even the great leaders What makes them great is the willingness to accept responsibility for their actions. So, the next time a deal or project doesn't go according to plan, take a step back and ask yourself, "How am I contributing to this problem?" Acknowledging that you have made a mistake isn't a sign of weakness , infact , it's the opposite. Confident leaders aren't afraid to own their mistakes and by taking responsibility for yours, you will send a signal to your team that they should feel empowered to do the same. One thing i have realized more over the years is  that, in order for the World to change, we have to change and this means taking responsibility and being accountable for ourselves.
