EVERYDAY GREATNESS SERIES...

In today's series, we will share the advice of the CEO "DE CRUZ RESTAURANT" in OJIKE UMUAHIA ABIA STATE OF NIGERIA (HOME OF GOOD SOUP WITH SUFFICIENT AND ASSORTED MEAT) who we interviewed to know the secret of his Greatness.

In his speech, he gave the following motivational lines to empower our  youths that are still finding their place in life.

"We all have equal opportunities to either succeed or fail in life"

We are unique, we are irreplaceable.
What lies within us can never be truly colonized or be taken away.
The light never goes out from us.

If we can't feel content here, today, now, on our journeys, amidst the disappoints and the striving that we all inhabit, the open loops, the half finished to do list, the could- do - next - time, then we might never feel it.

Your life is a reflection of what is inside of you and what is inside of you is under your control.

No one rises to the top without reasoning because the business world is ruled by men of sense.

He concluded by quoting Dr David Oyedepo
"There is no mountain anywhere, every man's ignorance is his own mountain"

What you need to go to the next level is inside of you, so activate it by yourself.

Success is your duty...

I don't know you but I know you have Greatness in you, now drive your mind to work.

Acknowledging that you have made a mistake isn't a sign of weakness , infact , it's the opposite. Confident leaders aren't afraid to own their mistakes and by taking responsibility for yours, you will send a signal to your team that they should feel empowered to do the same.
