Deadly diseases;
These diseases attack both the spiritual and the unspiritual. They are so subtle that we don't even notice their attack. A lot of very spiritual persons are more vulnerable to them. Where you spot one of these diseases, you will always find many others.
Note these please:-
* Our body responds to what goes on in our minds
* Always make sure that what goes on in your mind is after the leading of the spirit, otherwise the body will give expression to things anti the spirit and the bible call these death.
* It's not God that put people to death, it's what goes on in their minds that destroys them.
* You are first spirit, you have a soul housed with a body.
* That the power of the flesh is undeniable and there is no way you can heed to the laws of the flesh and live according to God's design for you.
* The challenge is that these diseases feed on our passion.
* The unbeliever doesn't have what it takes to handle these diseases but by the nature of the believer he can handle them. But obviously some believer don't want to live by their nature, or might not be aware of these attacks .
* Passion is a powerful emotional force.
* These diseases ride on our emotions and no medical centre can handle it.
First Disease is:- JEALOUSY
Proverbs 6:34, Song of Solomon 8:6
Jealousy is a feeling that looks like someone has invaded our space.
Jealously is a prison, if you are in this prison, you will hurt yourself and abuse people around you.
* It makes u fear things that don't exist.
* It makes you have the urge to revenge betrayals.
* Note this, as a believer nothing is worth revenging no matter what it is.
* Any day you feel like revenging despite what, know that jealousy has set in .... Kill it
*Jealously is a feeling that follows when you feel you have not been appreciated.
* Note that nothing is as temporal as the praises of men.
* If you fashion your life by the reason of men's acollade you will live in perpetual jealousy.
* Jealousy can reduce a man to a loaf of bread.
When jealousy invades one's life, those things you fight to protect, you will loose.
* Nothing fuels jealousy like comparism.
