EVERYDAY GREATNESS SERIES...
My father once told me "son, if one thing does not work, try another".
No matter what comes your way in life, look for a solution or find an alternative.
Learn to improvise, even if you have to do so from "thin air", forget the past, look ahead.
There is no opportunities in the past, all opportunities are in the present or the future.
Keep your eyes on the goal and do not relent, even if it takes a long while.
Most times due to fear or lack of faith, we limit ourselves to remote corner of life while a lot of opportunities abound across the Earth.
LEARN TO IMPROVISE FROM THIN AIR..

So, the next time a deal or project doesn't go according to plan, take a step back and ask yourself, "How am I contributing to this problem?" Acknowledging that you have made a mistake isn't a sign of weakness , infact , it's the opposite. Confident leaders aren't afraid to own their mistakes and by taking responsibility for yours, you will send a signal to your team that they should feel empowered to do the same.
